    If tariffs are a terrible idea and no sane politician would use them, why do 90% of America's "partner" nations use tariffs against America? I'm really trying to understand why an economic tool that's been used by other countries for a long time, is suddenly bad. 🫤

    Arguably one of the worst books to be selected by America's highschools; to enshrine as a "must read" in various English classes. It did not age well past its era, nor its East Coast audience. The problems and people are all tedious. The equivalent of modern Martha's Vineyard
