So my wife delivered today 😁 She did #intermittentfasting during all of her pregnancy #Realfood #wholefood #LowModCarb Exercising/Boxing lessons up to 1 hour days prior to delivery -GYN always amazed - I will do a post in a future regarding some cools points! Cheers!

New patient 32yr old, 564lbs comes to Cardiology Clinic for Preop-clearance for Gastric-bypass surgery - Instead of clearance I delayed my clinic 60 min - Educated him on Obesity - Made him believe in himself again - I'll do my best to get him healthier - He has Homework now 😜

I find it mind-boggling how easily patients are prescribed medications (even greater than 15) without any significant concern. Yet when someone mentions #LCHF #Keto #IntermittentFasting many MDs & Patients freak out more about this than Polypharmacy.

In a classroom if 1% fail it is usually the student's fault. If 40% fail, it is the teacher's fault. 🤔Applying this to #Obesity If in US 1% was obese it's probably their fault. But If 40% is Obese could it be that our recommendations are not appropriate? #Health
