    Responding to a medical colleague this week telling me about #GameChangers I base my nutritional decisions and advice on biochemistry, not Netflix. #vegan is a nutritionally depleted lifestyle that requires supplementation, is not saving animals & is not better for our planet.🌏

    Gallstones & cholecystitis likely to be caused by low fat diets. Decades of low fat mean gallbladder hasn't been squirting out bile acid to dissolve ingested fat. Sludge➡️stones➡️pain/surgery. Another condition caused by bad advice to cut #fat. ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/P… #Yes2Meat

    Saw 8 patients this week with bare bone arthritis in their knees. ALL had dramatic reduction in their pain by going #LCHF #keto #lowcarb to the point that NO SURGERY required. I'm doing myself out of a job at this rate. One needed reassurance as told dangerous & unsustainable.🤦‍♂️

    So frustrating! There is a solution to obesity and metabolic disease. Doing the same thing over and over and then blaming those suffering is NOT the answer. We need to embrace therapeutic carb restriction and disease reversal! #choice
