    At @mainlinehealth we performed the first in the World #RoboticCABG on this patient while she was 22GW pregnant having heart attack. Today It was emotional to meet this peaceful and calm 38.5 GW 8.2 pounds baby! A great #team efforts from #nurses #physicians #APP #administrators

    Challenging conduit #CABG case with no SVG conduits one short piece of LSV for RCA, No radial arteries and previous gastric bypass (no GEA). Decision to offer “K” graft with #BITA for LAD1 and LAD2, Diagonal and OM. Planning is everything in surgery!

    #RITA extended with #SVG in patients with recent cath via #LeftRadial. Off pump sequential to #PDA and #PLB. After #SaveRITA trial I have been more keen in using #vein off of #ITAs to complete revasc when #LRAD is not available. Thoughts?

    I believe this is #CABG surgery of the present and future: #Robotic CABG with LITA or BITA to best targets of L system and #stents in #hybrid procedure. Hands away from surgical field, sterility maintained. BITA for all comers. No risk of wound infection. ⁦@LankenauCVSurg⁩
