- After feedback from multiple local businesses that Metro construction may inconvenience them, we've completed a new design for the central Downtown station! Building 300 feet below ground ensures the least disruption while adding less than 15 minutes to each rider's travel time.
- We have received concerns that the shade provided by our bus shelters was not designed with an awareness of different minority groups. We are halting placement of new shelters and have dedicated 1.4 million dollars to a consultant to ensure new shelters provide thoughtful shade.

- Need to request a stop? No more having to pull the cord! Just open the Metro app, create an account, use the "request a stop" tool! All you need to enter is the line number, direction, and bus ID printed on the front of the bus!

- Remember: The bus lane is only for buses, if you're driving you can only use the bus lane if you are turning, have just turned, traveling less than one block, carrying 2 or more people, driving a zero emission vehicle, making deliveries, and any time after 5pm and before 8am
- Several bus lines are operating with delays due to stopping for riders
- At Metro we take climate change very seriously. That's why we've committed to using all-electric paving machines for upcoming freeway widening

- We've heard concerns that our countdown clocks display too many other messages, making it hard to see train arrival times. To address this we're adding a smaller countdown clock that will show an estimate of how soon the main countdown clock will show train arrival times
- While our commuter rail relies on freight company tracks, soon we'll be using freight locomotives as well! We are also investigating using refurbished coal-cars for passenger seating
