- Turns out I was absolutely spamming the shutter out of excitement so here's a landing collage. Cool to see how much the TVC gimbles to pitch the booster back to vertical before lowering onto the tower.
- I think one of the nerdiest things I do is make app color schemes based on this one frame of the Nostromo UI from Alien.
- Today I learned that SIM cards have a decently powerful MCU on them and run Java.

- Replying to @GoddenThomasI'm also now learning that Java Card runs most bank cards and is the main reason Oracle can claim that "Java runs on 3 billion devices".

- I made an electromagnetic field microphone for some coursework; here's the "sound" of a MacBook booting.
00:00 - Finally designed my own brushless motor driver! Mainly cost optimised; having to pay $100+ per axis on a multi-axis hobby robot adds up quick. I'll open source when I've worked out most of the hardware bugs. 50x50mm, 50V, at least some amps* and ~$15 for 10+ units.

00:00 - Noticed a company offering ".pdf" as a CAD download option and sure enough when you open it up, there's the full 3D model embedded you can spin around. pdf is the wackiest file format.
- So I bought two AGV robots from now-defunct autonomous agriculture startup Iron Ox. The plan is to do a teardown/documentation on one and try to get the other up and running.
