- Had a football player ask me today if he can still join track. I asked why the renewed interest. Said college coaches asked why no track & field. π€ Speed separates the best.In all of the hype for βThe Big Game,β I havenβt heard anything about how each team can squat and bench a lot. Seems like there is something else which SEPARATES the two teams from the rest of the league.

00:00 - No easy way to say this but I regrettably inform that one of our @HFtrack_field family members, Rodney Anderson, has passed away this past weekend. A wonderful young man with a huge smile, a big heart, and love for life. He was active in so many things here at HF.
