    Attorneys are billing temporary contract attorneys doing document review at $500/hour, when wealthy clients pay maybe a tenth of that for the same work. Overbilling the poor citizens of #Flint for this is unconscionable.

    We’ve brought a first amendment suit in Missouri against a law that seeks to limit pharmacist speech about certain drugs. Today it’s ivermectin, but tomorrow it could be puberty blockers. Or could target attorneys and their opinions about legal issues.
