I recommend the #COVID19 vaccine to my #IBD patients when offered. While the #IBD population was not specifically investigated in the vaccine trials there is no signal or concern The risks of #COVID19 infection far outweighs the vaccine risk. @GutlessGlamour @ownyourcrohns
