Being the oldest in a dysfunctional house they make you the third parent, and then complain about how you get by and help out lol. Mine also stole thousands from me nearly monthly, as a 15 year old I was covering rent, lights, and phones any given month.

When I was learning cello, for some insane reason my grandma, dad, and mom all thought it was a great idea to play it for my great-grandma who had dementia. She looked at my grandma and said "that's bad", and my grandma cried bc it was her first words in like a month lmfao

I helped my friend move out of his college house, as we were leaving; Me: “you made sure you didn’t have anything in the dishwasher?” Friend: “I never use that, I just rinse my dishes with the hottest water and put them back” His roommate: “THAT’S WHY I KEEP GETTING SICK!?”

Nahh, look at the worksheets, they’re in an algebra class learning how to graph quadratic formulae. I’d venture to guess we all had this kid; he’s a spaz and everyone’s known that for years. Probably runs to lunch with his arms behind him and stages solo air sword battles.

This happened one day when I was on as a bartender, my manager had to go bail out our cook, because he said he’d rather spend time at a bail bonds office than on the line lol

Yeah, I learned that then. He was VERY expensive, but very worth it. He was a prosecutor in my area for nearly 15 years before he came to the defense side, so he was connected. He costed about 4x what the next closest guy was going to charge, but I’m so glad I took the shot.

I’ve never heard of a single college doing that school-wide. I just graduated, and literally only had one professor that required work in by 6PM, every other one was 11:59PM.
