Jaelin Colley was only four-years-old when he was starved, abused, and left to die by the very people who were supposed to protect him - his parents. Now, after being convicted TWICE for his role in this horrific crime, Joel Roberto is arguing he should be eligible for parole

Must be nice to be a friend of the Carney Liberals. While Canadians are struggling to pay for food and fuel, the Liberals give a blank travel cheque to this bureaucrat on the taxpayers’ dime. Canadians deserve better.

🚨Federal debt interest is on track to eat up a growing share of Ottawa’s revenues, with the Parliamentary Budget Officer warning it will climb to $80 billion by the end of this decade! This is money that won’t go to programs, or to services, or tax relief but to lenders. For

Thousands of lives will be saved because we forced Liberals to back down from MAID for mental illness. Conservative MP @TamaraJansenMP’s Bill C-218, plus the brilliant arguments by MP @MichaelCooperMP and the courageous personal story of MP @AndrewLawton, changed the debate and

The Liberals and Bloc Québécois voted down my motion to withdraw the divisive and toxic Bill C-9 to stand up for freedom of expression and freedom of religion. I’m grateful for the support from my Green and NDP colleagues. The opposition to this bill has come from the political

Bill C-16 creates a “safety valve” that allows judges to sentence below mandatory minimum penalties. If Liberals believe this power should only be used in the narrowest circumstances, why did they vote against Conservative amendments that would have: -limited it to first-time

I've spoken with many people across Ontario who have seen claims about Bill C-16, the Protecting Victims Act, circulating online.   Many were surprised to learn that those claims simply don't match what is actually in the legislation.   That's why I wanted to share a few facts.
    CHECK YOUR FACTS
Bill C-16 Misinformation

FALSE CLAIM: Bill C-16 reduces penalties for violent offenders. FACT: Bill C-16 creates new offences for coercive control, strengthens protections for victims, expands intimate image laws, and increases penalties for several offences. Mandatory minimums remain in place.

MISLEADING: Bill C-16 removes mandatory minimums. FACT: Mandatory minimums still exist. Rare exceptions only apply if unconstitutional.

UNSUPPORTED: 75% increase in aggravated sexual assaults. FACT: No credible source or national data confirms this.

FALSE CLAIM:  Liberal MPs voted to protect Paul Bernardo. FACT: MPs did not vote on Bernardo’s transfer. Prison placement and transfer decisions are made by Correctional Service Canada, not Parliament.

This Liberal MP is spreading misinformation. It is a FACT that total sexual assaults are up 75.97% since 2015. Here are the numbers from Statistics Canada. Crime has exploded in Canada since the Liberals took power. Bill C-16 will only make the situation worse #cdnpoli

Last week, Canada suffered a tragic loss when Constable Marc Pinizzotto was shot and killed in the line of duty. Horrifically, the man responsible was already out on probation, was already known to police, and already prohibited from possessing firearms was back on the streets.
