- Replying to @hawillisdcI worked as a Mold Remediation and demolition contractor, that whole wall needs to go, the source of the moisture needs to be solved/repaired, the porous surfaces need to be thoroughly cleaned/sealed, and the insulation replaced. That landlord sucks eggs.
