- Attended a press conference yesterday (online) given by @HEBobiwine and his wife Barbie Kyagulani. It lasted nearly an hour and was also addressed by his US based lawyer Mr. Bruce Afran. I will tweet a thread of his views on what happens next soon. He is under house arrest.

- While strolling about in cold Oxford looking for warm clothing and signs of old empire I bump into @kizzabesigye1. A pleasant surprise and the best roadside chat ( he dressed warmer because he knows the this town well since @Winnie_Byanyima was based here 😉

It was caused by a temporary exogenous shock caused by administrative decisions to control the spread of #COVID19, here & globally. The responsible parties are addressing them. Soon prices settle.
