I’m done. Had enough. I’ve been a ‘fan’ or observer on X for 1.5-2 years. I’ve watched people that I followed or connected with who were ‘just starting out,’ grow into massive accounts. I never felt worthy or had enough to share. No niche. But I’m evolving… its time:

I grew up poor. Like, don’t answer the phone at dinner because it’s a bill collector, poor. In 3 weeks I’m selling a biz for ‘high’ 6 fig, and today I closed as a minority partner on a biz that will gross ~2M this year. Go ahead and answer the phone at dinner, kids. I

Today I flew to Boston to share news w a staff that, after 2 yrs, is finally a cohesive, bought-in team. We’re selling the company. I was candid. I was honest. I let them know protecting them is a priority. It was still hard after all the hard work we’ve done together.

The garden is starting to pump every day like this and more. My kids plant, help maintain and pick the bounty. If you have the ability to have any size garden with some food generating plants, I strongly suggest doing it. Here’s a thread on why we did and I think you should.🧵

I have 9, 11, 12.. While we are not campers, I am being conscious about that 1:1 time. I think it gets even more important (if possible) as they get into middle school. Give them time to talk, ask questions, know it's ok to ask/talk about things that may be bothering them.

We have a family tradition on the last day of school. We ‘surprise’ each kid with silly string, water balloons, something to celebrate the last day/kick off summer. It gets harder as they get older.. My wife and I decided to take a drive to meet my son (and now groups of kids

There are a few guys locally that everyone seems to raise their nose at. As in, of course that’s their job site, etc.. Most forget that they started from nothing and get huge deals because of the work they’ve done the last 30 years to get there.
