    Tough news to share. John Dye, the founder of DyeStat circa 1999, has just passed away at age 86. He truly changed the sports of HS cross country and track and field forever. An amazing person from a great family. May he rest in peace. Please keep his family in your prayers.

    For all those HS football coaches out there who refuse to let their athletes do track and field, just know this: Of the 237 athletes on the Ohio State & Washington rosters for today's #rosebowl2019 , 123 of them (51.9%) competed in Track & Field while in high school. #SpeedKills

    STATE RECORD ALERT! @NPHSXC @NPHSTF senior @ColinSahlman crushes the state 1500m record with an unbelievable 3:39.59 for 1500 meters at the Sound Running meet at @JSerraTF in Orange County! That’s #4 HS all time behind Hobbs Kessler, Alan Webb & Jim Ryun! 📸: @mrpotatojimmy

    Have just received word that “several distance runners” from Saugus HS were hit by a car this morning that ran a red light. Please keep the families of those runners in your thoughts and prayers. No other info at this time. 🙏🏻

    ALERT! New HS rules will be in effect nationally for 2023-24 HS track and field and XC. Main one is change in false-start rule. In short, it won't just be any motion that warrants a DQ, but whether it allows unfair advantage. More ....

    Very sad to have to share the news that Mt. SAC track & field/XC men’s head coach Ron Kamaka passed away today due to complications from Covid. Ron was a cornerstone for the program and a great ambassador for the community college. Great person. #VerySadDay #RestInPeace

    With great sorrow, we share the news that Roger Mosley, longtime assistant track coach in Southern California (at Monrovia HS in 2022) passed away at 1:17 am today due to complications from a recent traffic accident. He was best known as “TC” on the original Magnum P.I. series.🙏🏻
