#MMTLP In just about 90 days In just Federal Court alone there have been nearly 60 separate filings. Finra , Fidelity and the DTCC know that the MMTLP community is vigorous and I know they are literally having to pay thousands of lawyers just in my case and can’t avoid that

#mmtlp gang back at it tonight. Will be filing documents sometime Monday. If nothing else, it paints the defendants as criminally corrupt and there is enough there to get a judge to take a serious look. Glad to burn the midnight oil for this community.

$mmtlp. Seems to me that Finra lied to Congress about the NB short count too in light of the NB PR. Shouldn’t congress be informed of this news immediately and doesn’t this falsehood provide more justification for an immediate subpoena?????

#MMTLP #Nakedahorts So less than 24 hours after I filed and served my first amended complaint, today Finra counsel asked me to remove my case to federal Court. They are paying attention and I am pleased if Fidelity will be there too.

#MMTLP Remember as we get closer to our goal, the noise and nonsense will increase. Remember that no matter what happened prior to 12/2, as of that date forward , we were defrauded and Finra and the Sec were caught with their hands in the cookie jar.
