$MMTLP #MMTLP In other words, instead of using the tools @FINRA described like Rule 6490 and declaring a corporate action deficient, you published the corporate actions WITH YOUR OWN LANGUAGE/DATES to create the “significant uncertainty in the settlement and clearance process”
