- Happy to share that I’ll be spending this upcoming year as a @SarnoffCardio Fellow in Dr. Ben Ebert’s lab at @DanaFarber. I’m excited to learn more about genetics, cancer biology, and cardiovascular science. Looking forward to exploring Boston!🫀🧬
- Excited and honored have been selected for the 2023 @STS_CTsurgery Looking to the Future Medical Student Scholarship. I'm especially thankful for the mentorship of @BTongMD and @DukeSurgery. Thank you to the STS and I'm looking forward to San Diego! #STS2023 #LTTF
- Excited to share our most recent project! We applied some of the same computational principles used in gene expression analysis to the NCDB across multiple GI malignancies. Thank you to @DukeSurgOnc @DukeCTSurgery @SurgOncInsight!New: @RyanKramer33 et al apply computational dimensionality reduction techniques to #ClinicalResearch. Using NCDB, unsupervised clustering reveals conserved risk factors w/clinical significance in multiple #GIcancers. @DukeSurgOnc @skmaithel ow.ly/wuMn50QxAaH
- Grateful to share our work on new computational ways to study thoracic surgical disparities! Thanks to @ThoracicStudent for sharing!Hey everyone! Are you attending @AATSHQ #ITSOS2023? Be sure to check out @RyanKramer33 TODAY @ 5:30 as he shares his poster - “Dimensionality Reduction Using Demographic Variables Identifies At-Risk Populations In Clinical Stage II/III Esophageal Cancer” aats.org/resources/dime…
- On my way to @AATSHQ! Thank you to the generosity of the Member For A Day program for having me, and thank you to my mentors at @DukeCTSurgery @DukeSurgRes for their support. Looking forward to a great meeting! 🫁 #AATS2023
- Excited to share our work showing PRDM16 deletion is associated with cardiomyopathy and mortality in humans and in mice, with sex-specific effects. Underscores the importance cardiac surveillance in kids with 1p36 deletion, especially those with PRDM16 deletion! From @ryankramer33 @APLandstrom + team: PRDM16 deletion is associated with sex-dependent cardiomyopathy & cardiac mortality: A translational, multi-institutional cohort study ahajournals.org/doi/abs/10.116… @AHAScience #AHAjournals #CardioTwitter #Genetics @AnwarChahal @hj_tadros
00:00 - Had a great time presenting at @SarnoffCardio. Diving into translational and computational biology has been a privilege. Thank you to @sday_hcm, @CardioOncology, Dana, Patty, the Sarnoff community, and of course the Ebert lab!
- Out in @CircHF now! New mechanistic findings on PRDM16 variant-related cardiomyopathy. TGFb signaling is dynamic and plays a central role. Grateful to be involved, and congratulations to Bo, @APLandstrom and other authors! This Post is from an account that no longer exists. Learn more
- Grateful to share our work on PRDM16 in cardiomyopathy and mortality, heart transplant, and VADs. My first ever conference presentation! Thank you to my PI @APLandstrom, our collaborators, and to the @AHAScience for having me! #AHA22
- Talk about ending on a high note! Was so great getting to join @mary_moyamendez and @isadelaura yesterday. Today’s peer-mentors becoming tomorrow’s colleagues — can’t wait to see all the amazing things they do!Grateful and excited to be done with interviews for #gensurgmatch2024! Couldn’t have asked for 2 better co-applicants to embark on the final interview with: @isadelaura & @ryankramer33 - any program would be so lucky to have them! @DukeMedSchool @DukeSurgRes @DukeSurgery
- Congrats to the @ThoracicStudent team, with a special shoutout to the Research Committee! Grateful for the mentors, friends, and opportunities TSMA provides.
