    “Culture precedes the results…” One thing I’m most proud of about our program is the culture we continue to build… It is focused & intentional. Built by design, not default. Players recognize teammates prior to games for their contributions. One of my fav things we do! 🏆🏈

    Day #3 for us is a MaxV day. Very similar to our 1st day w/ speed drill work but added bands to help them feel keeping hips in good position. 3 sets of wickets for MaxV mechanics w/ head turn on first 2. 2-3 Fly 10s. Calculate truck stick➡️ momentum = mass(kg) * velocity(m/s)💨💪

    The FTC model for football prioritizes the physical and MENTAL health of both players and coaches. Grinding through the weekend dampens PERFORMANCE and can crush the soul. FTC coaches have found that they can DO LESS and ACHIEVE MORE. 📈

    Lots of coaches reach out about our Truck Stick (Momentum) metric. IMO-more accurate predictor of success on the 🏈 field than just speed alone. Using past years data & performance we generated thresholds for position groups that athletes strive for! #ApexPredators @TFConsortium

    We started our 2023 journey w/ a sprint… we wrapped up our last ⬆️CNS practice of the year doing the same! We’re fast & healthy Every player on our roster will dress & be available to play in the State Champ game What a season it’s been. Can’t wait to go compete 1 more time!
