    Intrinsic motivation is more closely assoc. with being a reader than extrinsic. So avoid competitions, awards, ⭐️ ⭐️ stickers, popcorn etc, and build on indiv. interests + social motivation instead 🧶@OpenUni_RfP @jonnybid Reader networks count👏
