Your true colours are showing. You are an indian who’s a citizen of Canada. Perhaps your grandkids or great grandkids could be called Canadian if your offspring mates with purely real Canadians. But you are not a Canadian like us. It’s very offensive to say you are.

I’m sorry if this is inappropriate but I could suggest one small baby step, it would be to go outside for a walk and touch an object every single day Pick an object that is a 5 min walk from you. A stop sign, lamp post, tree, whatever. Then everyday make an effort to just go

People say healthcare is better in Canada, but they only say that because it's free. (Yes I know its not really free, we pay with taxes) Free does not equal better. The US healthcare system is leaps and bounds better for everyone who isn't in poverty.
