I would argue that among Indians all over the globe, the Indian-Americans are the most successful, because we combine the grit and dedication of our Indian roots with the audacity of American hope. It shows up in the numbers and is almost irrefutable.

This will bankrupt Medicare and Medicaid. CBO's own estimates are $35B in cost for $3.5B in savings. Unless these meds are paired with meaningful behavior change, they are not sustainable solutions and will be a focus area for @DOGE.
