    I have resigned as senior editor of NeuroImage. The publication fee is unjustifiably high and I can no longer support the journal in good conscience. We hope everyone will support the birth of our new journal Imaging Neuroscience!

    This paper is not that well cited, but still one of my favorite papers showing that resting-state correlations (aka functional connectivity) is biologically meaningful. (I am not an author)
