In the MGB Registry, obese individuals without prior CVD but with obstructive CAD on #CoronaryCTA had a similar risk of MACE as those in the #SelectTrial placebo group (pts w/ established CVD). 🫀 Grateful for the guidance of my mentor @RonBlankstein and our @BWHCVImaging team!

In 2023, I finished medschool in Brazil, worked 3 intense months in the ER as a physician, said goodbye to my family/friends and moved to the US for research. I knew I would find opportunities in Boston. But surprisingly, I also found home, friends and purpose. I’m so grateful!
