    I worked at Amazon HQ as a level 6 Senior Product Manager in Video in 2013. Back then avg tenure was something like 1.5 years for HQ workers if memory serves correct, 50%+ lower than other big tech. Half my team quit while I was there and I had 3 different managers in 1 year.
