    biggest life unlock lately ... hired someone to meal prep for me. $50/hour for her time. she creates the menu based on inputs you give (gluten free, certain macronutrient guidelines, etc.), grocery shops, cooks at your house, cleans up, puts the meals in glassware for you. for

    why has growth become so fetishized? many businesses don't need to grow... what's wrong with a lean business that's doing $25m top line in the last 5 years at 10-20% profit? that's a great business. top line revenue isn't growing. bottom line profit isn't growing. but

    we launched fb ads in australia today. we've spent $600 so far, and the purchase conversion CPCs in this market are WILD. $0.16 on a traditional purchase conversion campaign. $0.20 on an asc+ campaign. wild. feels like 2013 arbitraging cheap CPCs in the U.S. market..
