- Spent a hot but insightful day along Berbera Corridor - visiting port, SEZ and private & local reps. Huge opportunities for renewable energy๐ก, logistics๐, and light manufacturing๐ across #Somaliland - if we get the investment climate right. Excited for the work ahead!
- Excited to launch the Global Partnership for Education with the Government of #Somaliland today! ๐ฌ๐ง co-funded GPE commits $27m to: - Enrol 44,250 out of school kids (50% girls) ๐ - Bring 600 teachers onto government payroll (50% women) ๐ผ - Train 1400 teachers (50% women) ๐
