    The seminal 1995 paper by @restingstate was rejected by 4 journals and took over 2 years to publish. Now cited over 11k times! #persistance. Great talk by the father of resting state functional connectivity at #connectbrain2024.

    Humbled to be the first incumbent of a chair honoring Raymond D. Adams. He felt neurology should be “inclusive of all diseases in which there was a lesion in the nervous system, or … a lesion would be found by the development of refined methods.” @Brain_Circuits
