    Daktari @DocFaustine Our fragile healthcare system in #Tanzania cannot handle the 5% of critical cases (red) w #COVID19TZA We should *focus* on how to save our 15% (yellow) 1. Provide PPE for all Healthcare workers 2. Increase supply of oxygen 3. Triage faster and TEST early

    #COVID19 outbreak is getting out of control in #Tanzania We continue to have an *exponential* growth of cases .. Today overtaking all countries in EA, with 480 total confirmed cases Many reports of deaths in the community from "difficulty breathing" .. only 16 *official* deaths

    Just as #Tanzania reports the lowest #COVID19 testing numbers in EA, but highest positive rate .. 73% Mh @umwalimu removes the National Laboratory Director and Quality Assurance Manager! This severely undermines any efforts to ramp up testing to manage #covid19 in #Tanzania
