    Excited to be named the Pitching coach at UNF! I canโ€™t express how much gratitude I owe to the players and coaches at Rider the last 4 years! 3 champ game appearances and winning 2 is dominant. Top it off with a regional win vs. a #1 seed. Iโ€™m excited for the new challenge #swoop

    What a season for the Broncs! -Beat a #9 and #10 ranked team -Beat the Defending Natโ€™l runner ups -MAAC Champ -Beat a #1 seed in regional and first regional win since 1987 -Tied school record for wins(36) What a way to stamp the legacy of these seniors! Canโ€™t thank them enough!

    From being picked 7th to winning the MAAC championship to going toe to toe with Alabama of the SEC, what an incredible ride! In my first full year this special group of seniors made it easy to step right in. You put Rider back on the map! #gobroncs

    Excited for the opportunity to be the pitching coach for the Trenton Thunder in the @mlbdraftleague this summer. Thank you to Kerrick Jackson and @MLB for the opportunity. Im excited to learn from a great baseball mind in @MantoJeff and be around the future stars in our game!

    Historic regular season for our staff made up of 11 freshmen and 6 upperclassman! 19th best ERA in country(4.27) Led MAAC(1.4 runs better than 2nd) and all NJ D1โ€™s in ERA 2nd in country in picks(20) Closer finished T2nd in country in saves 32-18 including 2 P5 wins Proud!

    Move as fast and as far as possible on mound being as still as possible with upper half! Most pitchers I have found have understood their bodies best when thinking that. @tomhousesports @SanzeriBaseball

    So far 7 guys signed to @MLB affiliated ball contracts and 7 more signed to independent league contracts just from our pitching staff alone. The season still isnโ€™t over and those numbers will go up! I guess the @mlbdraftleague did itโ€™s job! ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ

    Some stationary and movement drills we do to improve proper hinge and hip movement. We like to do it on mound since thatโ€™s our office. Doing some of these drills on flat sometimes doesnโ€™t translate to slope. Keep in mind everyone moves different! @FlatgroundApp @tomhouse

    Not enough is said about a starting pitchers routine from the time they wake up until 1st pitch. Many donโ€™t stick to routine, know a good one, or take time to practice it. Can be crucial to mindset and confidence @SanzeriBaseball @tomhousesports @PitchingNinja @DaveGallagher22
