How is @zomato allowed to sell Rs. 10 water bottles for Rs. 100 at concert venues where no one is allowed to bring their own bottles?

- Replying to @Kuma50531KumarBad conclusion. Hyderabad needs metro. But it needs better route, higher density during peak hours, feeder services. The metro doesn't connect dense residential areas of Miyapur, Chandanagar, Kondapur, Nallagandla with office area of Gachhibowli, Financial District etc.
