    What I find so enraging about the Joint Chiefs’s pandering on progressive wokeness is that they know damn well the geography and politics of who dies in American wars. The conservative Americans you trash are disproportionately bleeding for this country.

    If the NYT story is "fake news," Trump can prove it by releasing just one page of his 2016 and '17 returns, that critical last page of Form 1040 that includes his signature and total tax paid. One page, & he could thoroughly humiliate the media. He won't, and we all know why.

    ICE is deporting a permanent legal US resident from Korea, a scientist researching a Lyme disease vaccine who has lived here since age 5, citing a minor pot possession charge 14 years ago for which he did community service. My fellow Americans, this is absolute madness.

    Hand-counting 5.5 million votes would require time and staffing that local jurisdictions do not have, and when the votes can’t be counted on time the Trumpers will claim the election defaulted. It is election sabotage.

    You have to question why AG Barr would risk a huge outcry, five months before the election, by trying to bumrush the US attorney investigating Rudy Giuliani. The answer has to be that there's something Barr & Trump fear much more than the outcry, five months before the election.

    After oral argument, the expectation was that we'd see a 7-2 or possibly even 9-0 decision rejecting Trump's claim of immunity. A sweeping 6-3 decision, along partisan lines, illustrates how naive we've all been about the intentions and partisanship of this Supreme Court.

    BREAKING: Missouri Secretary of State @JayAshcroftMO has decertified #Amendment3, the ballot initative that could lift the state's ban on abortions. This comes as the Missouri Supreme Court is set to hear the case for the ballot initative Tuesday morning.

    Parler has sued Amazon for refusing to provide it web services, and conservatives have rallied to Parler's defense, claiming their views are being censored. In its legal response, Amazon cites the type of Parler content that conservatives apparently want to defend. Take a look:

    It's important to make clear that under Georgia law passed in 2017, these 53,000 can still vote if they bring ID to their polling place. It would be tragic and counterproductive if media coverage dissuaded those people from turning out.

    We used to look at places such as Nazi Germany and tell ourselves "that could never happen here." It's still not going to happen here, not this time. But now we see that it could. We also now see who would be participating in such a thing, and that must never be forgotten.
