- Turns out Goa Tourism decided the best course of action when tens of thousands of people are complaining about how badly they were treated in the state is this:
- Tourism in Goa is down in dumps Foreign tourists have abandoned the state already. Look at 2019 v 2023 numbers. Russians and Brits who used to visit annually have opted for Sri Lanka instead. Indian tourists still visiting, but soon likely to ditch it as word spreads about
- I used to think Raghuram Rajan is very smart. Modi and his advisors are dumb. Then the pandemic happened. Rajan, Banerjee, Sen etc adviced developing countries to print money like there is no tomorrow Some of them did that (Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri lanka etc) but India did
- I wrote fiercely agnst Modi for 10 years on social media, nobody tried to cancel me, prevent eminent speakers from speaking at our events, start conspiracy theories, write fake reviews or any such thing. All of that happened when I publicly appreciated Modi for his good work.

- It’s funny that they claim CEIC Data is Chinese. You can go to their about us page and see that it is london headquartered. It has two offices in India - Mumbai and Bangalore. Here, you can say almost anything against the govt, against the majority community, against the right wing. Try saying a word about the holy cows of the left liberal ecosystem. It's not supposed to be a shocker to you because at least two ministers in your government gave statements to media#Goa's tourism sector has taken a beating over the last few days.
