    Email & SMS aren't dead. But they ARE the bare minimum. And in this day, the bare minimum can't scale a DTC brand to 7, 8 or 9-figures. You need the Retention Ecosystem for: - Multiple Channels - Repeat Purchases - Customer Insight - Word Of Mouth Here's a breakdown (🧵):
