    1/ The first medical #oncology visit for a patient with a new #cancer diagnosis can be overwhelming to navigate. I’ve worked with @cancerGRACE & patient advocates to create a ☝🏽page (✌🏽sided) patient guide to the initial medical oncology visit, offered both in English & Spanish.

    I remember when a patient asked me “what I was.” I replied that I was an intern, first year physician in training. His response was “I don’t care about that. I want to know where ‘your people’ are from.” We are all human 🤝
