- We're dropping "years of experience" as a requirement for jobs at @remote. Don't really care for status quo and here's why:

- .@remote continues to stand tall with all the people and companies who entrusted us with their livelihood and business. We will run payroll for all employers and employees employed through Remote affected by SVB, regardless if they are able to fund payroll in time for March
- Using Elixir in production, turned on autoscale, it scaled down our apps LOL
