yesterday my 13 year old was being harsh and impatient with me, and to my own surprise i started crying. embarrassed and through tears I said “i don’t know why you’re being so harsh with me, but if you’ll tell me what’s going on i’d like to help.” at first i felt embarrassed for

okay so one time my roommate and i fell asleep in the living room while watching a movie. she had cats, and i drowsily noticed the black one lay down on the floor right next to my hand, asking to be pet. so i reached down and scratched the top of its head, but its fur felt rough

Children should not be shipped back and forth in divorced families with shared custody. The children should live 100% of the time in the primary residence and the parents should be the ones to have to come and go.

i should have had more babies 😩 😭 but now my oldest is 14 and my youngest is 8 and i’m 41 and my husband is 51 and while it’s still definitely possible it doesn’t feel in keeping with our season of life and like, i understand why we stopped when we did, but 33 year old me
