    The threat of wildfire is not increasing for @multco. @clackamasfire & @pdxfiire confirm the fires in @clackamascounty are not moving in a way that would shift any part of @multco to an evacuation level. There are no orders of evacuation — here’s why.

    ALERT: As we hear isolated reports of gouging, we're issuing a strong warning to motel/hotel operators who may be receiving people in need in this crisis: Any and all price gouging to take advantage of people is not only shameful, but illegal. There can and will be consequences.

    Beginning Friday, Aug. 13, all people in Multnomah County will be required to wear a mask in indoor public spaces. Masks will be required, regardless of vaccination status, for all people 5 and older (2 years and older if tolerated). multco.us/novel-coronavi…

    Update 9/13: No change in wildfire threat in @multco. No evacuation orders. @ClackCoSheriff reduced evacuation orders in some areas. Air quality is still very unhealthy. Stay inside, really, we mean it. No gardening. No running. multco.us/wildfires2020
