    I agree with Amy’s second bullet that a merger creates more upside. I’m for a merger in theory. However the point Bradford is trying to make is that it matters a lot what the exchange ratio is. My strong sense is that Tesla is close to an inflection point in profitability, and

    Elon is like a character in a terriblly-written novel. It’s completely unrealistic that one person could drive all these innovations and as a side project, nearly balance the national budget.

    I am shocked that we have so much soft approval of violence and negativity by the MSM and other "leaders" right now. A few examples off the top of my head: -Jimmy Kimmel giving the wink and the nod to vandalizing Teslas. -Jon Stewart making a Luigi "joke" about k*lling Elon
