    First STEMI as IC fellow early july was a pt w/ cardiogenic shock w/ sev PAD needing โ€˜EC-pellaโ€™.I realized the value of alt acc in CS. Fortunate to learn this technique from the best in the field.Thank you for your mentorship @DrAmirKaki @RajTayalMD ๐Ÿ‘‡๐ŸฝHere is our latest article
