CAUGHT THEM! Our journalists set up trail-cams at the Canada-U.S. border. In four days they filmed 34 people crossing illegally — mainly Haitians sneaking into Canada before Trump deports them. Great investigation by @lincolnmjay & @ThevoiceAlexa

People are overreacting to this. He wasn’t saying “reproduce before age 36 or else”; he was saying “it’s sad that housing costs cause many couples who want families to delay until their mid to late 30s, which is when the fertility window starts to close.”

Canada is currently trying to deport a Pakistani sex offender who, despite being convicted of abusing his underage niece in the U.K., was welcomed here on a visitor visa in 2023. We don't screen for this. Instead, we trust that registered incestuous rapists will be honest.

Indian citizen Samarpreet Singh, who came to Canada on a student visa and became a Bell technician, whipped his junk out at a client in her own home in 2023. An Ontario judge gave him 90 days' house arrest last month. Feels light, considering how he abused a position of trust.

Good news: three of these people have been arrested and police have seized "more than $45,000 in proceeds of crime." They're also accused of brazenly stealing jewelry. Police wouldn't say what their citizenship status was, but since CBSA was involved, we can guess...

Off the top I'm immediately suspicious of this because how can a destitute asylum seeker, presumably based in Ontario, afford to go on a vacation to Lake Louise?

Our wake-up call came in 2018 with the Humboldt Broncos tragedy. And we did basically nothing about it even though we’re aware of the training scams, the poor quality control, the subsequent collisions involving foreign drivers. Meanwhile, the U.S. is just… dealing with it.

Effective immediately we are pausing all issuance of worker visas for commercial truck drivers. The increasing number of foreign drivers operating large tractor-trailer trucks on U.S. roads is endangering American lives and undercutting the livelihoods of American truckers.

It's one thing to impose a fire/quad ban in dry conditions, but to ban landowners from hosting anyone on their forested lands for any activity (dog walking, hiking, trail riding, etc) is tyrannical.

This was inevitable. The CRA can't read Indigenous script, nor can Canada Post. Then you have insurance, land titles office, payment platforms, literally anything that uses an address. We have official languages and a common script for a reason.

In Calgary, 31% of public school students are "English learners" because immigration has been so extremely high. The board is now proposing to hire interpreters for regular classrooms. This somehow became normal without anyone raising it with the feds.

Absurd. Offensive. He’s not even hiding it anymore—this is blatant misogyny. If this is how he sees women, imagine what he thinks about their right to choose.
