    Baltimore's progressive mayor Brandon Scott took a public health approach to violence prevention, and the city is on track to have its smallest number of murders and shootings in 60 years. This is huge for Baltimore.

    Per NASA-STD-5001B, structures made of soft goods that are life- or vehicle- critical should be designed to fail at 4X max load, meaning that (contrary to what some are claiming) this is not particularly overdesigned.
