These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PluginSilo website, the free PluginSilo Gateway plugin, and any extension, integration, or custom-development service purchased or downloaded through PluginSilo (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading the Gateway, browsing the marketplace, or purchasing an extension, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are

2. The Service
PluginSilo provides a free connector plugin ("the Gateway") for WordPress that lets you browse, install, and manage a marketplace of free and paid extensions directly from your WordPress dashboard. Some extensions are free; others require a one-time or recurring purchase, priced individually on each extension's page.
3. Accounts and site activation
To activate a paid extension you connect the Gateway to a specific WordPress site. Licenses are issued per site unless the extension's listing states otherwise. You are responsible for keeping any license key or account credential confidential and for all activity on your connected site.
4. Payments and billing
All payments for paid extensions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, who handles checkout, tax calculation, invoicing, and payment collection on our behalf. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Whether an extension is billed as a one-time purchase or a recurring subscription is stated on that extension's pricing card before you check out. We do not receive or store your full card details — that data is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy.
5. Free trials
Where an extension offers a free trial, the trial length is shown on the extension's page before purchase. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, a paid subscription may begin automatically in accordance with the terms shown at checkout.
6. License deactivation
The Gateway periodically checks the license status of every active extension. If a subscription lapses, is cancelled, or a refund is issued, the associated extension is automatically deactivated on your site. No unlicensed code is left running after deactivation.
7. Refunds
Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to: redistribute, resell, or sublicense a paid extension outside the terms of its listing; reverse engineer the Gateway or any extension beyond what is permitted by applicable law; or use the Service to distribute malware or to violate any third party's rights.
9. Intellectual property
The Gateway, the marketplace, and each extension remain the property of PluginSilo or the respective extension author. Purchasing an extension grants you a license to use it as described in its listing — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying code.
10. Custom development services
Custom integrations requested through our Services page are scoped and quoted individually. A separate written scope, timeline, and price will be agreed with you before any custom work begins.
11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, PluginSilo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Gateway or any extension. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account found to be in breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Gateway and cancel any subscription at any time.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
