    I have clients who swear by morning workouts because it makes the rest of the day easier. Considering that exercise blunts cortisol spikes from common stressors, they are definitely onto something.

    The cortisol spike from exercise suppresses the next cortisol response from a stressor. Exercise before stressful things.

    The best exercise for better skin is weight lifting. Improves blood sugar, supports collagen production, and increases growth hormone. The best tool for better skin is a dumbbell.
