used a VLA for the first time (ACT, also tried smolVLA) at Himalayas Hack to get an arm to clip onto a rope (imagine a bot climbing the Himalays and getting disconnected form the rope), great times with @glowcone and using the @makermodsai arm! was very dope, ty for the early

Interesting take. We are working on UMI for Maker Arms with @autobrik One thing you can’t feel just by seeing is the smoothness of our linear rail plus linkage based gripper. Also our design is much more durable as nothing is off axis. Parallel grippers is also better imo as
