[fix](be) Fix be aws-sdk-cpp memory leak

[swjtu-zhanglei]

• [aws-cpp-sdk-core]: add note that InitAPI and ShutdownAPIshould be called from the same thread aws/aws-sdk-cpp#2314
• In the aws-sdk-cpp code, there is a suggestion: "Please call ShutdownAPI from the same thread from which InitAPI() has been called" otherwise it will cause memory leak.
