Bug description

In Finder, when I try to download a folder for offline use, I get the error message:

You need to authenticate before accessing this item.

Otherwise I seem to be able to use the Virtual file sync / FileProvider just fine.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Finder
2. Navigate to a folder
3. Click to download a folder for offline use
4. Error

Expected behavior

It should download the file
