FAQ

1. Is it mandatory for us to be present in person throughout the entire duration of the hackathon (April 18th-19th)?

You must be present in the venue for a majority of the hackathon. This means showing up to both check-ins (4pm on April 18th, 9am on April 19th) alongside the award ceremony.

2. Will accommodation be provided for the night of April 18th?

No, accommodation will not be provided on the night of April 18th. The venue will close at 9PM, please plan accordingly. We will provide closer to the start date a list of possible locations to work through the night.

3. Do all team members need to be physically present for the full duration, or is partial attendance allowed?

All team members must be present for registration and at the award ceremony. If a team member is not present to claim their award, the award will be forfeited. 

4. Are we allowed to step out during the event and rejoin later?

Yes, you may step out and rejoin later. Please keep in mind the timings the venue will be open and important events such as the award ceremony. We will be having demos and panels throughout the event, which we encourage you to attend. We will publish the Hackathon schedule which will tell you when you'll be allowed in the venue.
