Participation Requirements
All participants must be registered and accepted to attend HOF Hacks. Teams can consist of 4 members max. You must be 18+ and able to attend in-person in NYC to participate.
Presentation & Prize Eligibility
In-Person Attendance is Required – All team members must be present on Saturday to showcase the project. Winners must attend the Award Ceremony in person to claim their prize. If no team members are present, the prize will be forfeited.
Project & Submission Rules
Teams must submit their project by 4 PM ET on Saturday (4/19) to be eligible for judging. All work must be completed during HOF Hacks – if work is added to pre-existing projects, this must be disclosed to judges. Projects must adhere to ethical guidelines and not violate any intellectual property rights.
Event Conduct
All participants must follow the event’s Code of Conduct and maintain a respectful and collaborative environment. Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or inappropriate behavior may result in disqualification.

We do not tolerate harassment of hackathon participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate at any hackathon venue, this includes the following.

workshops

any parties associated to the hackathon

social media
-
any other online media
Hackathon participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the hackathon at the discretion of the hackathon organisers.
