The youkai that has chosen Six as his vessel is an oni who goes by the name Kurome. With regards to his personality, it's very similar to how Six is in general: lone wolf, quiet, and aloof; doesn't like to involve himself with anyone else's business but his own; sometimes doesn't know what fun means. Their differences start with morals and ideals — Six's youkai is more likely to be the one to force him into killing/hurting others because he doesn't care about that stuff (whereas Six wants to avoid it all costs). He doesn't like to play around with his prey, so he's a fairly straightforward monster — terrifying, calculative, and impossibly strong.

As far as his history goes, Kurome used to be a human from the Tokugawa era, living his life as a samurai warrior for an infamous lord. His lord was into some shady shit, killing others unjustly while appearing to be noble and true. Over time, Kurome grew disenchanted with humanity but still tried to correct the wrongdoings his lord was responsible for. It was going well until it wasn't anymore — and now he's got himself turned into cold and ruthless oni. He made a name for himself by punishing those who deserved it, but the ways he used to kill them were awful enough to the point that no one really wanted to mess with him. Oops.

There's more stuff but I won't bore you with deets! The tl;dr is Kuro used to be a righteous human trying to do the right thing, but got entangled with crap he couldn't agree with, and now he's a daemon whose heart is frozen solid. One important thing is how much he'd like to save Hakagemachi, so while he doesn't get along with Six at all, he'll still be pushing to achieve that goal in some kind of way.

SIX
● Six needs A LOT of positive influence in his life. He grew up with his entire clan treating him like a monster because of his immeasurable strength, so he learned to hate his own power, thinking it's (and by extension himself) an awful thing. Thanks to the nerfing mechanics, he won't have access to that power here, but the oni will inspire the same kind of fear regardless, so he'll have the same insecurities. Anyone who can help him out with that would be A++.

● People who don't mind he's a chuuni... And people who won't care when he starts spouting nonsense about being steeped in darkness all the time would be A++. Let him talk about how he can never escape the abyss of his own despair and be generally embarrassing.

● People who will bully him. Yes, he's an edgelord, but once you take his mask off? He turns into a high-pitched, stuttering, flustered mess. It's really funny. So anyone who wants to abuse this, hit me up.

● Negative CR! I love it. Pls gimme it. Anyone who wants to think he's a monster, call him a horrible person, etc. are all welcome.

● Sparring buddies? He'll hold back though... even if you tell him not to. He's more efficient with melee/fist-based fighting styles but eventually, he'll learn from his oni how to fight with a katana.

KUROME
● Sparring buddies for sure, because who doesn't love a good bloodshed.

● Friends from way back when. Sure, he's a loner, but even he's capable of having friends, right? He'll get along with youkai who are similar to his personality-type and/or youkai who are persistent enough to pester him on the daily.

● Enemies? He probably had a lot of people who hated his kind.

● Someone to draw him out of his shell — beyond Akame... pls, he needs more important people in his life.

● Kitsune need not apply. I'M JUST KIDDING, please ruin him.

SIX
● Chuuni CR? Tsundere CR? Sad boy with a tragic past CR? Listen, I'm not sure what to put here. :weary:

● Getting positive CR with him wouldn't be too hard because despite his attempts to be a loner, he craves that connection with others anyway. He'll be awkward but he won't ever avoid extending a (reluctant) olive branch for friendship.

● He's very good at putting things into perspective as long as he's dealing with someone else's problems. He has a calm and collected approach to most things; it's just all bets are off whenever the focus is on him.

KUROME
● Someone you can hate very, very easily. He's a terrible daemon no matter how you slice it; even though he wants to save Hakagemachi, he doesn't care about the unruly methods he needs to do in order to achieve it.

● Very good drinking and/or sparring buddy for anyone in need! He frequented Yamazaki Bar back in the day, so he'll be drawn to Master and his alcoholic wares for sure.

● Frenemies? He already has a rival, but you can never have too many frenemies.
